Your mission as our UI/UX Designer Hero will be to:

Convert new product feature ideas into UX experiences by understanding, thinking and acting like the players/users.
Build user interface wireframes, design layouts and interactive prototypes.
Ensure that the product logically flows from one step to the next.
Identify design problems and devise smart solutions.
Rapidly iterate and test ideas using wireframes and sketches to fully designed comps.
Work in a responsive and multi-platform environments to reach complete design solutions.
Create UI guidelines and kits that are ready to be used by the developers.
Develop low/high wireframes as well as final UI.
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

Your superpowers:

+5 years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Professional experience with design and prototyping.
Demonstrable skills in Web & Mobile UI design.
Proficiency in working with Figma.
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and UX prototyping tools.
High knowledge of usability and user behavior in any environment.
Deep understanding of the importance of user-centered design.
Portfolio with proven UX/UI design processes.
Good written and spoken English skills.
Team spirit and proactivity to add value to projects with innovative ideas.
Organisation and time-management skills.
Passion for design systems and workflow optimization

We'd truly marvel...

Knowledge of an Agile project environment (OKRs, Scrum and Kanban).
Background in online gaming and/or video games is a plus.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and working with programmers, as well as exporting and optimising assets.
