Your mission as our Key Account Manager will be to:

Create and manage long-lasting relationships with clients and
stakeholders.
Take full ownership of each integration of all assigned accounts – from onboarding
to launch live.
Provide ongoing advice and support for all assigned clients during their active
usage of our products.
Collaborate with the different departments involved.
Act as the first escalation point for client issues and make sure it is further escalated
to the next level when necessary.
Be responsible for the full client satisfaction.
Work externally and internally to identify product improvements based on client
needs
Provide training and advice to clients as to the proper usage of our products.
Collaborate actively with the assigned sales representative for the account in order
to provide the maximum benefit to the client, also considering the company's needs.
Manage client queries and ensure all project management tools up-to-date.
Support the department´s manager with all relevant tasks to the proper
functioning of the area;.
Give both operational and general ideas for improvement.

High level of English.
