Your mission as our IT Recruiter will be to:

Use your X-Ray vision to find the best talent and bring it to GoldenRace.
Coordinate with other departments during the recruitment process.
Have overpowered empathy to support the new workmate during the onboarding process.
Engage and make proposals for Employer Branding’s improvement.
Help with research and proposals to enhance GoldenRace´s training area: superheroes must hone their abilities.

Your superpowers:

At least two years of experience as a recruiter of superheroes in the IT sector: job portals management, Boolean search, fending off meteorites, etc.
Super fluent communication skills written and spoken in Spanish, English and your own planet’s slang.
Room for honing your powers: you should be enticed by the training area.
Proactivity and problem-solving attitudes: we need someone who can be there before things happen; use your superhuman speed.
Team player: it’s easier if we save the day together.
